Blue Man Group

Hey, all!  As you might have read in the post before this, we went to Blue Man Group yesterday.  Because we aren't allowed to take photos or video once the show starts, I don't have any of the actual show.  Well, anyway, here's what I have.

Driving into Boston....

Ooh, tall tower!

Haha!  Charles Playhouse!
We have arrived.

Hello, Blue Man.
Hello, Logan.

Come on, I want some of
the fun too!

Maybe we both do...

We decided that we should
walk around until the show actually
started.  We saw this old building.

There's the old building from
far away.

Cool arch-y thingy.

Nice door to go along
with the nice arch-y
thing.

I no need say more.  Haha!

Nice building on
the corner.

Wow!  Look at this person's hair!

Ah, it's all part of the
city!

Gray-ish building that
looks cool.  Yeah, I
just did that.

Ah, into the commons.

Ah, into the commons - oh, wait, sorry.  I already
used that one...

Look at all of the people!  Ice skating!

Look at all of the people!  Ice skatin - okay I'm done...

Cool floor tile at
a park in the commons.

Nice tiles on the benches...

Close-up of the floor tile.

The nice walkway in the
commons.

Ah!  Finally in the theater!
Flash is on in this picture,
by the way.

Still waiting for the show
to start.  Oh, yeah,
flash is off in this one.

The last picture I have:  The view from the balcony.
Hmm?  Oh, yes, that is toilet paper on the back of
the seats...  Yeah.

Well, I hope you enjoyed my pictures!  I took them (well, most of them) with my new phone.  My mom also helped me snap a few.  Thanks for viewing!

What I Got For Christmas...

Hello, all!  This Christmas was one of my favorites that I've ever had.  We woke up, (at 7:46am) asked our parents if we could go downstairs, (the answer was yes) ran downstairs, (careful not to trip each other) and sat down.  The first thing that we did, was read the final advent calendar reading.  It was a wonderful reading, talking about how Jesus was born for us, to be slain years and years later.  It talked about how he did that all for us.  After we finished, it was time for presents!

1.  The first thing that we all opened, was something amazing.  In fact, we are going to that something tomorrow.  BLUE MAN GROUP TICKETS!  Whoooooo!  We were so excited!  We cannot wait to head to Boston and see this tomorrow!

Camden:

Wishlist:  Cam's wishlist was really just a few things on a paper.  He had only a few things that he wanted, so he finished fairly quickly.

1.  Cam's first gift was a sled.  But not just any sled, but a....well, I guess just a sled with a handle on it....it looks like it could go very fast, but there was no snow to try it on!  NOOOOOOOOO!  Luckily, Cam found other uses for the sled.  For example, he used it as a rocking hors-....sled.  Right, sled.

2.  Cam's next gift was his big one.  The gift he was waiting for, since last year.  A brand spanking new Lenovo Yoga Tablet.  With a 10" screen, it's a big tablet.  It's made out of metal and plastic, and feels pretty nice in the hand.  Also, you guessed it, I'll be doing a review of it soon!

Logan:

Wishlist:  Because Logan already has both a tablet (Nexus 7 2013) and a smaller mobile device, (iPod Touch 5th Gen) he didn't request for an electronic this year.  In fact, he didn't request for anything this year!

1.  His first gift was a model V6 engine.  Really cool, actually.  He's going to build it with my dad.  When they're done, anyone can just walk up to the engine, and turn the crank.  The crank moves the parts of the motor, so you can see how the parts of it work.  It's pretty awesome.

2.  His second gift was something that he really likes.  Because he is a coin collector, he received a coin.  This coin though, was a very miniscule golden one.  It's a very nice gift for him, and I'm really glad that he received it.

Elijah:

Wishlist:  Well, see, the one thing that I really wanted this year was a smartphone.  After my Barnes & Noble Nook Tablet broke earlier this year, I didn't have a mobile device.  I had my laptop, but I really just wanted something that I could carry around with me.  Now, the way I made my wishlist was very interesting to my parents....I made a spreadsheet.  Yep, an Excel 2013 spreadsheet...  I had a few other items on there, that I will talk about in a bit...

1.  My first gift was - sure enough, something that I had on the wishlist.  I got the Hubsan X4 flying drone, with a built in camera.  I will just tell you now, that the Hubsan X4 is just really, really small.  It's fast, fun, but has a small battery lift.  This though, is one of my favorite gift that I have ever received.

2.  This one was my big gift.  And I mean big.  I've wanted this since the first model came out in 2013.  The Motorola Moto G 2014!  When Motorola first released the Moto G 2013, it was a big success.  The moment I saw that sure enough, Motorola was doing it again, and releasing a 2014 version?!  I went crazy.  The Moto G 2014 is a really cheap Android-powered phone.  Now you probably are thinking what I'm thinking.  Ah, cheap phones mean bad phones.  Not really.  This phone is a one-of-a-kind phone, something that really hasn't been done before.  I love the Moto G 2014 - every bit of it.  I don't have a single con about it.  As you may have guessed, I'll be doing a review of this in no time.

Well everyone, thanks for viewing!  Make sure to check out the post below to tell me what you got for Christmas this year!

A Thanksgiving To Remember

Hey, all!  I suppose you have been wondering, "How was your Thanksgiving?"  Well, this post should tell ya all about it!

Wednesday:

We had power for the day.  Just a normal school day.  Until...it started snowing!  That's right, snowing.  And I mean really snowing!  So.  What's so important about that?  Well, later that night we found out.  The power went out.  Of course!  The day before Thanksgiving and the power went out.  Great.

Thursday:

Well, Happy out of power Thanksgiving!  That's what we said.  The day was all fine and dandy (and cold) 'till it was time to go to our Babci and Pepe's (grandmother and grandfather) house.  Of course, as you know, we have a dog, Nellie.  We couldn't just leave her at our house in the cold!  But we couldn't bring her there either.  If we did bring her....well, lets just say that there would be doggie puke all of the car.  Not a good thing.  So, who would stay?  Well, my mom said that she could really use a nap.  She said that she was really tired because of the loss of power.  She said that it would be okay for her to stay.  So, she did.

We drove to Babci and Pepe's house.  We got there, had a great time, stuffed our faces with yummy food, had dessert, and headed back home.  The time there felt like a heartbeat.  Though, it really wasn't.  Babci and Pepe made some really great food this year though.  Like, really good.  But now it is time to tell you what happened when we got home.

My dad had asked Pepe if he could bring home his generator.  Pepe said yes, and my dad brought it home and hooked it up.  It worked!  But, there was only one problem.  We only had less than a full can of gas.  It would only last us about an hour...so we thought.

Friday:

The next morning we woke up, astonished!  The generator was still running!  We're pretty sure that God did that.  It was just like the loaves of bread mericle!  Friday was just almost like a normal day.  We went outside and played, did some electronics, ate warm food, all of that great stuff.  Sleeping was as nice as ever.

Saturday:

Well, Saturday was just like Friday.  Not really much different, actually.  But now, the humming of the generator started getting on our nerves a bit.  We were kind of getting sick of that noise outside...

Sunday:

Guess what came back?  No, not power...yet.  Actually, what came back was the cable and internet!  But still, no power.  But hey, now we could watch the football game!

Later on in the day, my dad went to go check if there was power...sure enough, there it was!  We had power again!  Whoohoo!  We were really excited!  Everyone took showers, and then went to bed.  A nice, non-generator-noise night.

Thanks for viewing!  I hope you had a great Thanksgiving too!

Also, do you like the Christmas theme I put up on the "Welcome" page?
